The tools don't send us anything
- The visa-free check runs in your browser. Your passport country and dates aren't sent to us.
- The visa photo checker opens and edits your photo in your browser. The photo is never uploaded.
- Your checklist ticks are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device only.
The treatment form
When you send a case, we receive what you type: name, email, optional phone, country, who the patient is, the condition, the treatment you're looking into, timing, preferred city and any message.
- Why: to reply to you and to find hospitals that can review the case. We rely on your consent, which you give with the checkbox.
- Who sees it: us, and the international departments of hospitals in China we contact about your case. We tell you which ones. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
- Where it's kept: in a private database on our hosting provider's server. If email notifications are enabled, our email provider also processes the request.
- How long: up to 12 months after submission, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Encrypted recovery copies may retain deleted records for up to 7 more days.
- Your rights: you can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing contactjensennow@gmail.com.
Health details are sensitive. Only share what's needed for a first review, and don't send records until we ask for specific ones.
Server logs and cookies
Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
